That's a hard question to answer really. Compared to what?
I'm doing a biology degree and I've done quite a few of the same modules as friends studying neuroscience. Atleast here, you won't have just 'neuroscience' modules, you'll likely have to do some general cell biology, developmental biology, psychology and physiology modules too. In fact, I think in first year they only had 1 or 2 modules out of 8 that were specifically to do with neuroscience.

I wouldn't say it's an easy degree by any means but it's also not the hardest. I'd say the workload is fairly average for a degree and there's a lot of variation between modules so it's very likely you'll find some modules MUCH easier/more interesting then others. I'd say if you're decent at science subjects (biology in particular), have some interest in certain aspects of biology and psychology and you put the effort in you should be fine.
