% error in calculations ? Please help - will rep

I've worked out my % errors for my experiment, and I have totalled up all of the %'s to give me the whole % error of the experiment.

One of my experiments is a titration and was wondering for my OCR B course work I'm I expected to adapted these calculations e.g concentration value from titrations with the +/- values ? and if so how do I go about doing that

I am confused as to when I should take all this into account. Do I work out my titre value say 25cm^3 and then work out the % error for all the equipment I have used in the experiment

Burette
Pipette
Conical flask
scales
etc]etc

lets say it ads up to %1.5 error for everything! do I then adjust my titre result by this percentage. i.e
1.5% of 25cm^3 is 0.37cm so i add this to my titre value and then continue with my calculations to find the unknown concentration? 25 + 0.37 = 25.37 with this new value or is it good enough to just state the possible error. When do i do percentage error in a titration and how do i set it out basically. Plz help im soooo confused
