Glass transition temperature

Does hydrogen bonding affect Tg and Tm for polymers and if so how does it? I would guess that Tm would be higher as more energy would be required to overcome the stronger intermolecular forces and allow the chains to flow freely over each other but would Tg be lowered as the bonding is stronger? I'm not sure!

Dm I got it, Tg would be higher as the hydrogen bonds require more energy to break and allow the chains to slide over each other
