confused as to where to study medicine!

hey guys, I'm an indonesian student and i really want to study medicine abroad. i was actually planning to study in germany, because i read that if i graduate there, i can move easily from places to places in europe to practice.

today, my uncle who is a dutch, visited my house and we talked about this whole studying medicine thingy. when i mention that i wanted to go to germany, he was surprised.

i dont know what he did for living, but he travels a lot and speaks many kind of languages including german. he said when he lived there, he always got beaten up a lot (at least twice a year, even though he is huge and muscular as F), and that the medicine course isn't very good there compared to uk or netherland. is this true? because I've been studying german language for a while now, and I'm pretty much ready to at least go to studienkolleg for M course.

my family is well off, so money won't be the problem even if i move to uk, which has a very high cost of living and not to mention the tuition fee to study medicine. but i dont want to be too much of a burden.
can anyone give me some suggestion as to where to study medicine, with only 30-50k euro /year? what country, and which university. i calculated that 50k euro is the amount of money i will need for 6 YEARS if i study medicine in germany. i know that it won't be possible if i study on another country though.

other than because of the good things i heard about germany's education system, i also want to go there for the low tuition fee. and that whole thing about moving to anywhere in europe easily to practice if i graduate there (even though I'm still not sure whether this is true or not). but since my uncle said that uk is better, I'm really confused right now.

i know that I'm not supposed to think too much ahead, but i've actually had. i thought if i study in germany, and then graduate there, i can continue my specialist training. and then maybe stay there or move to uk, before eventually coming back to where i came from. but my uncle said to just begin the study in uk since everywhere in europe will prioritize the graduate student from uk, and that uk will not prioritize their citizens over international student THAT much compared to germany. which one should i do? and there is netherland for choice too...
or maybe, finishing medschool in germany and then specialist training in uk? i dont know, I'm just really confused right now... :| please help me guys.

i also want to know if there is any website that i can use to compare indonesian high school diploma/leaving certificate to know whether it is qualified to study in countries such as uk or germany.

thank you guys!

ps:
sorry for the broken english, its 5am here and I'm still sleepy, but i just really need to wake up early today --"
