At the moment I keep getting ill a lot and don't seem to be able to shake things off very easily. Has anyone used anything (such as herbal supplements etc.) that has boosted their immune system and made them more resistant to getting ill? Thanks

vitamin pills, exercise try to relax and avoid stress... also avoid going to bed with wet hair and being excessively cold as it puts your body under more stress - it doesn't mean you will get ill, but you're more likely.

Two things that I have taken that were to boost my immune system (as I have problems with my eye whenever i have low immunity) were Royal Jelly and Bee Propolis. They were capsules that contained extracts and seemed to help. Taste and smell awful though
Thanks guys for all the replies! Might try taking some vitamins and stuff, have had a decent amount of sleep these last couple of days so should hopefully be feeling a bit better soon.
