Manchester Uni V UCL

I have applied for German and Arabic at Manchester and UCL and have received offers from both but am stuck between them. Could anyone offer any help?

UCL
-4th best university in the world
-excellent language department

-London is SO expensive (£200 per week for accommodation and I can't take a student loan due to religious reasons)

MANCHESTER
-near to home
-the 'cheaper' option
-still a very good university

Thanks

Manchester. You can be with your crowd..
Go to Manchester and do your masters in London. Then you get the best of both worlds

Religious reasons? That sounds quite tough.
If you can't get a student loan, could you afford London at all?
