I certainly remember a time when I could sleep 12 hours with no problem at all... exercise is definitely your best solution.

Do some exercise and consider that you may just be experiencing that teenage sleep phase heavily.

I hope so...

You are going to enjoy M4 btw

Pah. :p: I struggled enough on M2. Coefficient of restitution my arse!

(Needed something pointless and angry to say...)
Apparently excess sleeping is also a sign of depression, a close friend of mine was recently prescribed anti-depressants with her excess sleeping being a large part of the reason. I'm not recommending that you take anti-depressants by the way, they're causing her a lot of problems now. :frown:

My sister has this problem, and after the doctor ruled out the obvious culprits (sleep disorders; CFS; anaemia) with blood tests, they were pretty much left stumped. He eventually said he thinks she should do a bit more exercise in the day and possibly use sleeping pills if she finds it hard to sleep at night.

I know how much it gets to her, so it must be pretty hard for you. I hope things get better, and it is worth making an appointment with your doctor. Good luck!
