Book an appointment with a doctor. Sometimes rregular beating like that is perfectly harmless, but sometimes it's something that should be seen to.
I have twinges sometimes, maybe because i smoke? Maybe because im a lay cow! lol

If your worried, get it checked out, better to be safe than sorry :wink:

it's about 80% likely to be an intercostal muscle than your heart. it feels exactly like you would imagine your heart to, and probably in that place too, but your heart can't twitch. irregular heartbeats yes, you would know that straightaway. intercostal muscles are the ones between your ribs.

I thought they are usually more prolonged than what would be described as a twitch.
