Hatton House (I think) is the 1st block as you walk into QM gates opposite the Arts building and banked on the canal.
I'm guessing its this block which is attached.
Photos are showing the gates where students walk in with Hatton on the left, one outside humanities building looking at Hatton House and another from the rear of Hatton house looking away from Canary Wharf:

I've been placed in the student village, in Maurice Court. I'm already a QM student but have never been in their halls - anyone know what they're like (esp. Maurice Court)?

Cheers,

Maurice Court is situated just off the student village down a footpath that backs on to QM Hospital. Being the same structure as CReed and Beaumont, I would imagine the internals being identical.

Which flat are you Lauren?
(Long-time lurker, first-time poster!)

Everyone (including myself) has been getting the accomodation offers, and the deadline for replying is the 27th August (I think?). I was wondering whether people are going to reply before they get their results, or wait until after to be safe, and not be contracted into something they cannot use.

Thanks for your help. Pooley House Flat 2 btw:smile:
argh, i'm getting worried. How come everyone's getting accommodation offers already? Is it just people with Unconditional offers getting theirs now? I thought we got accom offers after we got our results!

!albatross129! I cannot believe I have managed to find somebody who is living in the same flat as me! I'm flat 2 D in Pooley House (providing that is how the system works)! What are you studying? Do you know anybody else going?

Good to hear - I'm hoping it's like whichever one it is that I looked around (don't remember!) when I went to see my friend's flat last year - fridge in room etc. I've no idea which flat I'm in or how they're divided up, or even who lives in them... I have a vague idea that I read somewhere that Maurice Court is for final years and visiting students - dunno if I made that up or not!

Anyway hoping it's nice coz it costs a fortune!! At least it's right near the Arts building for me :-)
