I don't get the answers shown... :/

U = integrate between 200E-3 and 0: kx-2gsin20 ds = [kxs - 2gsin20s]200E-3 0 = 2.658 J

KE = 0.5*mv^2

2.658 = 0.5*2*V^2 therefore v=1.63 m/s answer says 2.658 m/s

Treat the two extreme cases separately and combine them at the end.

Show your working so far if you need more help. If you really haven't got a clue you need to revise projectiles from scratch.
