Why would you ban it for children but not for over 18s? They may both be influenced by it and go out and rape someone. If anything I'd be more worried about an adult than a child rapist.

I'm not sure what the direction or purpose of the thread is, perhaps the OP could enlighten me? Is it that porn should be banned, better regulated, or that the fetish for dominant/submissive should be combated? Because the markets there, it's futile pretending it's not by censorship.

BDSM=/=Rape. People who turn into rapists tend to be problematic to begin with. All rational people understand the difference between fantasy and real life. Also, any parents that raise children and allow them to have the idea of a man dominating a women need to get some serious parenting lessons.


Edit-Also, if BDSM was so bad, then why did so many women read "50 Shades of Grey", and other books of that nature?

OP obviously hasn't come across femdoms. Their domination is very feminine in nature, but no less "abusive", if you want to misapply that word. Domination does not have to be slapping someone around and jizzing on their face. Both genders like to be dominant and submissive from what I've seen in the murky world of porn.

In general, even in my unfortunately limited experience, most girls like some degree of dominance in bed, and I think I've read in various places that full-on rape fantasies are one of the most widespread female kinks.

It's obvious why:
1. It's transgressive, particularly since feminism came in and told men they had to walk on eggshells around women

2. Women, I think, enjoy knowing that their boyfriend is capable of dominating/even causing harm, but she can always trust him to protect her. D/s sex or a full-on rape fantasy allows him to display both qualities at once. It is like the trust game where you fall into the other person's arms.

Okay now this is just silly. I think you've been on tumblr for too long. There's nothing wrong with people watching BDSM or rough porn. Also, make the parents control what their child is watching, not the government.
