was wondering does anyone have any tips on how to stand out on my application for history PGCE?
I have done a weeks work experience in a primary school and im going to be doing another week in a secondary school soon.
Any other tips and is that work experience enough because i know its super competitive
Any adice from those who got onto the course would be much appreciated

Yes - all they are interested in are your TA experience. I didn't get a place purely pretty much on the fact that I hadn't been a teaching assistant. I could only go and observe in school one day a week; it's not enough. Competition is very high for few places. I'm planning to do something else - i'm too old to be trying year after year! .
