Hi, just before you reply please read... Please know... i'm not vain, big headed... i'm actually quite a shy guy. I was changing at work once and someone laughed at me because he said to me my arms/biceps looked the same size as my wrist.
I've never been confident but I thought i'd do something. I'm not sure if it's helped much, but each night since the start of the year, I've been doing push ups every night quietly just before bed. My arms still look slim-ish, but this is what they're like now when I kinda tense them a bit. Do they still look really small? My arms don't look that short in real life though haha. thanks
it's not squashed against my body. It is a bit uptight but not squashed against anything

You do realise that push ups don't work the bicep muscles, right?
