Were you drinking last night, or did you eat anything you don't normally do? It may just be a dodgy hangover. If not, I would go to the doctors if I were you, as i'm not a fan of dizzy spells.
to the doctor with you!!
i;d say go to the doctor, it might be the hot weather causing it so make sure your drinking lots of water

It's very likely to be nothing, but your health is more important than any holiday.
There has been something going around, my dad and one of my friends has it at the moment, my aunt had it a few months ago, they all went to the doctors and it's some sort of inner ear infection. The doctor knew straight away what it was and what do prescribe, so I would advise going to your doctor, don't worry about flying, it's fine!

a quick trip to the doctor ought to settle your fears...isnt it worth it?

I've been dizzy for the past month 24/7. My eyesight is a bit weird sometimes, like I see the odd little black dot appear every now and then. I also pick up bright direct sources of white light and then they stay in my vision. (sort of like when someone takes a photo of you with the flash).
Are you eating and drinking enough? You haven't taken anything - paracetamol, ibuprofen?

How would paracetamol cause dizziness..

Taking too much, having an allergic reaction, mixing with something that you've already taken, taking paracetamol on an empty stomach...
I've been suffering from dizzy spells for about 6 yrs (didn't realise it was that long) but I might feel dizzy for 10mins one day and not feel like that for another few months so I never go to the doctor about it. What happens is that I can tell when it's going to happen as my neck starts to hurt and my head feels heavy. My eyesight goes all fuzzy like the little squares on a TV and either I can hear my voice really loud and clear or I can hear everyone else and can barely hear myself. After it happens I feel weak and tired for a couple of hours and then I'm completely fine. It hasn't happened for a while so fingers crossed.
Oh and to OP you wouldn't be posting for advice if you didn't think there was something wrong or different about the dizzy spells, so just go and visit the doctor to put your mind at rest.
Feel better soon!
It might be a migrane, or perhaps anxiety. Or it might be something vestibular like vestibular neuritis or however you spell it.

So you think, none of the people I know who have had it felt any problems in their ear, it might be worth getting it checked out, trust me.
