I know your gonna say the hip adductor/abductor but apparently they only exercise one muscle in the thighs.

I'm loving the gym at the moment but what can i do that will work the thighs really well that's not just plain cardio.

SQUATS! but if you dont like them then leg press

rowing machine is the best, if you build it up over time so you can spend up to 15/20 mins on it then you will really notice the difference
