Be friendly, be funny (and charming maybe?) and show a night with you is a good time.

Just treat women like people too and ask "maybe I could get you a couple of drinks some time?"

No real secret I don't feel.

do what they did on Kidulthood, go to her boyfriends house, **** him round the back of the head with a keyboard, tell her she should be you girl and then run away with her

"How would you like to <insert activity such a movies and/or dinner> on <insert day> with me?"

Although I've only done this once, it worked fine. But personally I'd rather not do it just out of the blue. Something that needs to be led up to for me. Gaining confidence and whatnot.

The thing i've found with the confidence thing is that more often than not you end up in the friend comfort zone and you never end up asking them out as you don't want to ruin the friendship like the other post- i'm going to tell her or something
Be friendly but be yourself

Phone her up and say "Yo baby, your so hot , can I go out with you? I really love you!" then hang up. Always works.

Getting too far up the wrong ladder with a girl is bad news. Watch out for that.

Someone's been reading Ladder Theory then...
Heh, I never realised there was till now. Reading it as I type this.
It's just what someone said to me a while back, and it applied perfectly to my situation. I fell off into the abyss btw.
