How do u know?

Right this sounds really daft but oh well!

Been seeing this guy for a month and a half and feel really really close to him. We are pretty serious, see or speak to each other every day, I've lived with him for a week when my parents were away on holiday, slept together etc.

But, people keep asking me if we are "going out" yet...I duno! Neither of us has said anything about that!

How do i know? or how do i ask without freaking him out about commitment?

To be honest, I really don't think that's a smart move. Guys really don't want to talk about serious stuff just after having sex.
