MSc Finance (part time) - review needed

Hi,

I have an engineering degree(computers) and total work experience of more than 6 years.

I now plan to change my field and I want to pursue MSc in Finance from Lse/imperial as I am based in London.

I have seen the class profiles for LSE. There are other v people like me as Lse data's show a total of 9℅ of student are programmer.

I have a very specific query. Since my work experience is not related with finance but with programming, what are my chances of landing a nice job after the course. Will it be a hindrance ? How are the placements in general compared to full time Course.
