UCL Natural Sciences Open Day 6th March

Hi, is anyone else going to the open day on Thursday? I believe it is one of the last if not the last one being held, do you reckon the chance of an offer is slim/mer because of that?

I know there have already been similar threads but for those who have been already, is it okay to bring a parent with you? and is it awkward if you go alone? (lol)

On the letter it says 'discussion with an an academic, does that mean an interview? How is that like? What can be done to prepare to maximise chances of an offer? I'm on a gap year so I'm a bit rusty lol. Do they ask you about the streams you want to take? I have a rough idea but I'm not too sure yet, seems a bit complicated.
UCL is my first choice and I'm quite nervous so any help would be appreciated.

Oh yeah, If i've applied for the Msc is it okay to change to the Bsc if given an offer?
