Institutions such as the monarchy, our legal system, our core industries, our system of government (HOL etc) and the NHS. There are many more, but these are the main ones which make the UK unique on aggregate.

A lot of stuff either taken or adapted from, or exported to, our former colonial empire; with a few more recent American imports; plus a few things our Royal Family brought over from what is now Germany...

English language, football, cricket, monarchy, Church of England, music, architecture, christmas pudding, hot cross buns, fairytales and folklore (eg.Guy Fawkes) anglo-saxons, St Georges Day, literature etc.
