I have a quantitative task on "Equilibrium" followed by an evaluative task on the quantitative task. Any tips for the coursework and what I should be doing to prepare for this?

Probably work on moments and torques (turning forces). It's the 2nd chapter on the Mechanics module in the OCR textbook. Good luck!
