Who does household income include?

Hello, I have just been offered a place for mental health nursing. I understand the NHS bursaries. However with regard to household income I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I live with my mum and her boyfriend. My mum's boyfriend is a millionaire. My mum doesn't have an income and I have a income of about £250 month. So not a lot. I'm really worried because based on my mum's boyfriends income, it looks like I'm not going to get any help towards living costs and all that kind of stuff. So I won't be able to go to university because I'm not going to afford it. Just wondering do I have to include his income? He is no relation to me, so don't see why I would..

If you are awarded a bursary from the NHS, we would award you a set rate of Maintenance Loan, regardless of your household income.
