Go to the toilet just before you're about to lift, get a woody and toss until you're almost there. Then stop, run into the gym, and perform the lift. I actually got a big deadlift PB by doing this. Was going to do it in a powerlifting competition but couldn't time it right.

Superset tugs with tricep extensions. Go low reps so you last longer.
