Is anyone else taking this topic? It doesn't appear to be very common and the lack of a textbook or any firm sources of information is rather annoying.
How is everyone else revising for it? Does anyone have any notes they want to exchange?

Hi there,
Yeah I do this topic! I'm in the process of creating notes for it - But it's hard without a book. For scholarly opinion, Google is your ultimate best friend.
For reference, we're doing:
-Nature and Value of Life
-Eschatology & Apocalyptic Teachings
-Death.

We're doing those topics too but I don't know if its the way its been taught to me or the course as a whole, but I'm finding it so abstract and difficult! Plus my teacher planned out the year really badly and we spent ages of time on the Nature and Value of Life, but skimmed through Death and have barely even touched upon Eschatology and Apocalyptic teachings!
Sorry to complain, I'm getting a little stressed, I need at least an A in this exam!
Is there any possibility you could recommend me some resources? I'm looking on BBC Bitesize but its GCSE mainly and I'm pretty sure its not enough detail
Thank you so much for replying though - I'm glad theres someone else out there doing this course!

I'm studying this unit. My teacher thinks it's pre-undergraduate (university) level because of the level and length of responses we're expected to give.
Nature and Value is a good topic, but I have a sneaking suspicion it won't be on this year's paper because it's been on almost every single one in the past whereas eschatology & apocalyptic has only been on once. My prediction is the questions will be on E&A and Life after Death this year. I would recommend concentrating on 2 out of 3 topics because you will definitely get at least one of the questions you have revised for. I'm not doing any revision for E&A as I plan to avoid it like the plague.
www.getrevising.co.uk is great for revision resources. It's free to make an account and then you'll have access to loads of really good content. I use it for all my subjects.

Ahhh getrevising is the best website ever invented! But there's a definite lack of info on this course I found? It might sound really demanding but I really really want some concise notes on each topic, but there don't seem to be any about - on getrevising its all really ambiguous. Damn I wish there was a textbook!
Thanks for the heads up on plausible exam content! I'll bear that in mind!
Oh god yeah, E&A is the worst, its a shame because I feel like this whole course could have been far more interesting than the actual content - the title of it incites far more enthusiasm than the actual topics
