I do not understand everything which is worrying, and i fear that i have been making notes completely wrong .. how does one make Chemistry notes ??

Obviously I don't know you and you may learn completely differently to me but for me, using the specification always helps. I think this is the correct one for you if you are doing the same iGCSE as I did: http://www.edexcel.com/migrationdocuments/International%20GCSE%20from%2020 11/

I would go through this (which if I recall correctly goes nicely with the textbook) and just expand on their bullet points.
Hopefully through doing this you will see what it is you don't quite understand and then you will be a bit less worried!
Also, I don't know if this is any help at all but the most important things you could focus on to get marks are the calculations with moles etc. and make sure you have a good understanding of bonding.
That tends to get you some crucial marks! Best of luck, you'll be fine in the end
