Nocturnal! Help!

Since I got back from my holiday in Greece with my mates a couple of days ago, I'm totally nocturnal. When we were there, we'd go out all night until about 7 or 8am, sleep until 4pm, get up and go out again. So our body clocks totally changed. Now that I'm home I find myself sleeping all day and being wide awake all night when I should be sleeping! Argh! Does anyone know how I can get back into a normal routine?

Go to bed at night and try to sleep, no matter how hopeless it might seem. Then force yourself to stay awake all day. In short just try forcing your bodyclock back into place, thats the only way I've ever managed to do it.

Just force yourself to stay awake during the day and lie in bed during the night, its the only way Im afraid. Eventually 'normality' will return!

Or you could always just emigrate to Australia...

Stay up for like 2 days, sleep at night, and you will be sorted.

It's not easy though, trust me. I know

Wake up at 4pm, then stay awake until 8-9pm the next day (that's 28 hours), then you can sleep from 9 pm 'til 9am, and then you're sorted!

It's crude, but it works for me when I screw up my body clock...
