It might seem paradoxical but it does happen but men rarely report it as they feel it will affect their honour or fear they wont be taken seriously. The law doesnt state that men can't be raped or harassed sexually it does not define a gender in it's laws against rape or sexual harassment.

Maybe not in the eyes of the law, but I think that's wrong. It definitely can happen.

The legal definition of rape requires the use of a penis, so legally speaking rape can only be perpetrated by (self-identifying) females in the possession of one. Sexual harrassment on the other hand I think is genderless.

Or drugs, drugs would work.

I also believe that arousal does not mean he has given consent. If stimulated appropriately, and too wasted to understand the situation, an erection can be unconsciously achieved.

Where did all this talk of boners comes from? I was just saying that since the legal definition of rape is penetration, the only way a woman could rape a man is with an object, namely a strap on.

For all intents and purposes yes. The practical differences are almost non-existent.

Non-consensual sexual activity = rape. You could build a strong enough case in court for it.

Sexually harassed - yes, certainly. Raped - legally (at least in the UK) no, but I disagree with that.

Yes.

If a man slaps a women's arse in the office then that's assault and harassment, but if a women does the same to a man it's funny.

Double standards
