Lordosis

I have lordosis which is basically where my back goes inwards. What exercises/stretches can I do to help improve my posture

Is this medically diagnosed? If so you would probably be better off seeking professional help from a physio or something.

And at the risk of sounding demeaning, if this is something you have 'diagnosed' yourself then FYI everyone has a lordosis.

Sorry, I meant to say mine is a hyper lordosis, so my back goes in a lot more than it should, causing lower back pain.
