Okay, i thought this belonged in here because its relationship related 
A boy at work who im really starting to like is a mormon and i know his family is strict when it comes to religion. I just wondered what rules as such that mormons actually have to follow? I hear a lot but i never know if theyre true or not. Thanks for your help!

No alcohol, no caffeine, no premartial sex (obviously) and usually they're not allowed to date or marry non-Mormons.

The main Mormon church is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS). You cannot be polygamous and LDS. But there are Mormon sects in the US that are not part of LDS, follow the same Book of Mormon, but allow polygamy.

The FLDS allows polygamy. The normal LDS banned it a long time ago.
