A2 AQA English Language Coursework, Help!
I'm doing an investigation into the conventions used when reporters describe both Men's and Women's football commentaries and basically seeing if there's any difference between the conventions and linguistics used..
Simply, there isn't a huge amount of difference when comparing the use of jargon, metaphors and levels of formality. I was wondering if there's any theorists I could use in order to evidence my points as I currently think my investigation is a bit simplistic? Or if anyone has any suggestions to further my investigation, please please please pleaaaase drop me a message. Thank you!
