According to http://www.mdsupport.org/library/acuity.html it would be worse than 20/200...but I think its more complicated than a simple prescription to 20/20 vision. It does afterall say estimated prescription.

confused as to why you would want to do this...but...i would assume that 20/20 vision or 0/0 vision is 'the norm' and the minus and positive decimal numbers that u refer to changes this. so say you were -3.75 in one eye and -2.50 in the other, you would have either -3.75/-2.50 vision or 16.25/17.50 vision...though im not entirely sure if they exist, heh, how much help am i? lol, hope u found ur answer elsewhere!
