Potential divider circuits?

1) A circuit for garden lights uses an LDR, draw the circuit which could be used to operate the garden lights. The gardener should be able to adjust the circuit so that it will activate at different threshold conditions.

I drew this:

Is this right?

Thanks

Wouldn't you use an LDR potential divider in conjunction with a transistor switch?

Do you do GCSE Electronics by any chance?
