Society has probably emasculated you, making you too nice and approval seeking. A pushover. Girls hate that. Girls want confident, charming, responsible men.

Develop your masculinity:
1. Find your purpose, calling, mission in life. Want to become a musician, athlete, scientist, politician, or businessman? Pursue it relentlessly. Girls are not the most important thing in life - your priority should be pursuing your purpose and overcoming all the obstacles in your way. This will make you a man. Go after what you want in life. Be courageous. Take action to relentlessly pursue your goals.
2. Have values, personal boundaries and self-respect. Do not allow people to cross your boundaries.
3. Go to the gym and lift heavy weights. Limit porn - cut it out if possible, and reduce masturbation. Eat fruit, vegetables and lean meat. Limit processed food. Get enough sleep. This will help to increase your testosterone levels, naturally making you more masculine.
4. Develop your leadership skills. Take charge with women you are dating. Make the decisions. You are the captain of the ship - she is the first officer. You are ultimately responsible for the well-being of the partnership; make wise decisions taking into account what both of you want.
5. Develop your self-discipline. Before you can properly lead a woman you must first be able to lead yourself.
