Why not antibiotics?

try and get some sun to it, antibiotics do work wonders though.
antibiotics are reccomended if the papules are deep and red since they're too far in to get rid of easily, the pimpules can be avoided by regular showering and use of shampoo (drys it out) and scrubbing to remove lipids excreted by sweating (these clog pores)

well i guess antibiotics are an option... i just don't want to be on them for ages and also i hear when you come off them they come back worse.

Well your GP would advise you.
i know this sounds really weird.. but get a cup..fill it with warm water and put lots of salt in it.. make it really salty... get in the bathtub and pour the salt water down your back and sit in the bathtub for a while (let the salt water dry up and stay on your back) read a book or something. leave it till its dry and iguess stay for 20 minutes-30 minutes then wash it off.
weird i know, but salt dries up my spots this way and gets rid of them pretty fast. it's worked for most of my friends too so maybe you could try. good luck.
I used to have bad acne on my back, I just left it and forgot about it. It went away after about a year and there are no signs it was ever there.

Not all acne goes away after about a year, some may even get worse.

I have nothing really useful to say here apart from telling you to call it bacne.
Make use of the sunny weather and lie in the sun for a while... should help if not get rid of them.
Go to your gp they can advise you on an antiboitic, why don't you want to go on them? Also if you're looking for a quick fix, as afforementioned, get some sun on your back, without suncream, the sun will improve the condition of your skin and help get rid of any scarring faster.

he won't say anything trust me, i've seen loads of girls with a few spots on their backs and nobody ever notices it until they point it out. He'll probably be too busy worrying about one of his flaws to notice.
Why not put the Quinoderm cream on your back, too?
