Finding a place to live

I have been offered a place at UWE and I am going to take it, only thing is I will be on the Bower Ashton campus which has no halls. Because of this I will have to live in the city centre, is it worth going to the epensive UWE accommodation? Or shall I look for a flat/ house share? I haven't gone thrrough student finance yet so I have no idea of my budget yet, still I would like to start looking into places to live ASAP
Hey! What are you applying to study? My boyfriend is currently studying at Bower Ashton and stays in Marketgate halls which is literally a 2 minute walk to the city centre. It's a 20 minute bus journey to bower Ashton and you get a free bus pass with the accommodation!
