I was reading about the early life and education of Vladimir Putin and as I keep looking at Masters programmes and bachelors that maybe I should have done and I saw Putin's Ph.D. thesis was in economics: "The Strategic Planning of Regional Resources Under the Formation of Market Relations" and so I started to put together something and I wondered at the end maybe an education like this would end up at M.I.6. or Defence Intelligence!

Do we have to ruin every thread with Dawkins references?

Putin is persecuting gay people, all over Russia. Dawkins is like a force against religious propaganda and many religions are anti-gay.

Education doesn't really matter because he has horrendously bad judgement and he's part of a essentially still a communist regime.
