help with tesco application

ive applied to tesco 4 times and everytime i go in im told that my application failed because of that stupid psychometric test at the back! can anyone who has been successful please help with the answers to the test?

When you first applied there was a purple form you had to fill in. You get scored on it and i beleive you are given a colour or something and you have to have scored enough on it to be employed by tesco.

It was in use 2 years ago and it could have been in use alot longer. I do know though a load of managers took it at my store and failed it.

The arent any RIGHT answers, no one every finds them out.

Select what they want to know and what they're looking for. Customer service etc. It gets worse at the interview. They ask you what you'd do in a zillion different scenarios.
