Hey! I'm doing Illustration at LCA next year, but I'm staying at Liberty Park!

I'm studying illustration and staying at Liberty also!
I'm studying Printed Textiles at LCA this september
Ideally I would like to stay in Sugarwell court as its only £95 per week, however the idea of it being a leeds met accommodation is putting me off slightly as I'd like to be with other LCA students
Why is everything so expensive :frown:
Hi! I'm starting at LCA in september studying Surface Pattern and I have no idea where to live!

Onitttt  x
I stayed at Liberty Park last year. One whole block is for College of Arts students, and it's only about a 5/10 minute walk away. I'd recommend it.

Ive been accepted on the same coarse :') im thinking about going to Liberty Park. im not sure yet because im in the same boat as you i want to mix in with people who have the same interests. i heard good stuff about Liberty and after researching abit you get a good deal for the money.
i also heard that most student who apply to LCOA go there too, i could be wrong but its all ive heard. Im so excited !
Hello! ^^ I've just booked my accommodation at IQ! Apparently there are some LCA peeps going there! c: One of my friends is a 2nd year on Illustration and she's going!
I'm going on to Visual Communication c: (If I get the grades YIKES deadline is almost here!) I'm currently at the college on an FE course.

I live pretty close by already but wanted to experience accommodation aha!
I'd recommend checking IQ out - especially this May as they've knocked the deposit down by £100! (Rent is still fairly pricey but for what you get I think it's one of the best deals  Others are usually over £100 a week I think?)
Hey! I'm going to LCA too, studying creative Advertising, and have just booked my room in IQ, would be nice to meet some new people and make a couple of new friends who are also staying at IQ so i dont feel like a deer in headlights when i move in on my first day!
Hi Sophy! What block have you booked a flat in? I'm glad I'm definitely not one of the only LCA folks going to IQ haha!
Btw, for those new to Leeds, I'm born and bred so if you wanna know anything I'll try to help! c:

Hey! Is anyone thinking about getting your freshers band soon? I've bought mine and basically they're £15 if you get them now, there going up to £20 soon, with that you get entry into all the freshers events and the freshers ball, free nandos that they're thinking of extending to the full year (not just for freshers week) and loads of freebies like free and cheap shots and a free freshers tshirt.
