I doubt there would be much point, people won't generally be looking on ebay for school textbooks when they can get them cheaply through their school anyway. I'm giving mine to my sister, I guess if you don't have siblings that's not possible, but surely someone in your family could make good use of them? If you bought them through the school, maybe they'll buy them back off you?

lots of people sell school textbooks through the marketplace on amazon- ive bought quite a few off there. Don't know if you'd make much money though as they do take a % as commission.

My maths teacher is buying my statistics textbook at its original price

Never done it myself, but you could probably expect a reduced price compared to the original RRP as a result of use throughout the year. It might be a good way to declutter and make a little bit of money or you could:
a) give them to your school - if they are school textbooks then they will generally expect them back anyway
b) give them to a charity shop to sell - at least you'll know the money is going to a good cause.

I still have all my GCSE materials from last year though. Perhaps you should keep them until after you get your exam results though, just to be on the safe side.

I forget to add that if you are interested in selling them then you could check the website and search for simular items to get an idea of the typical price of books of this type.

If I were you and were going to sell them, then don't just for example sell your CGP book for £3 or something..to get more money and to make buyers want your book not the other gaziliion cgp's they have out there, put some of your revision notes in the book to sell with it. Or perhaps a few essays or something..

We didn't have to buy any GCSE textbooks, our school give us them.

Maybe wait until Easter next year when the yeargroup below will be fretting about their exams and therefore textbook demand may be higher.

Now is a bad time to be selling them, as everyone will be!

I've been selling mine for 50p each plus £3 postage on Ebay and most of them have sold so far. It's a bit of a hassle but it helps to get me positive feedback and every little helps towards my Uni fund.

Books.

I sold one letts revision guide so far which I got £5.49 for which wasn't bad. It's difficult to sell them for much more than that.

Where did you sell it on/who to? It's a very odd number of pennies

If it was on Amazon, they take odd amounts of fees, so you often end up with strange pennies

On ebay. The postage was 50p to entice them and the book was £4.99 to make it seem cheaper than it is :p:
