help with my part-time CV

first, i'm in engalnd, so do i need to put my national insurance number on it?
this is the first copy:
i'm trying to find a summer part-time because none of the work experiences replied me; currently in year 11
most of the part-times out there would be waiter, shop assistant etc...

You aren't giving them any evidence that you have the skills to do a retail job, or a waitering job etc. Deep in the middle there's a string of words to do with retail, but it's not evidence.

When I created a CV, I used a CV builder (Just run a Google search on 'CV Builder'), and it should give you websites which will help you create a professional looking CV with all of the relevant information.
