someone please help. someone has just done this to me, well said they really fancy me, then they went offline. i like them a lot but not quite enough to go out. what am i meant to do know?! i obviously need to give SOME sort of response before we talk again? we know each other in person as well but not had many face to face conversations

i would have preferred face to face... but hey we are both shy. lol i made it sound worse than it is, ok he probably isn't in love with me. we just find it easier to talk on here, he said it nicely but then went straight off, i can't really text as it's too short and i haven't got a clue what to say... ARRRRR

you can never tell how serious someone is over msn! i wouldnt necessarily say a reply is in order, no question was asked. however, if you feel it approprate, i would advise you have the talk face to face, only that way can you see what the other person is truly thinking

Phone then, just say hello, ask how he is, sort of ask him if he was serious about that to get onto the subject, then tell him how you feel.

give him an answer, doesn't have to be now but in the next few days.

I've been the one that has 'confessed' before (though not msn) and it kills you if they don't do something, even if is just to say no.

You're meant to think about how you feel about him, then talk with him about it when you next talk to him, and tell him how you feel about him.

Ugh, I had that done- the most awful thing. I told him to say it in person, and then made up all kinds of excuses to not see him and make him hate me. It worked... but I wouldn't recommend it.
N.B. I am not as callous as the above probably made me out to be.
