What's the difference between UOM and MBS for HRM.

Now which one should I choose

University of Manchester has offered me a place in HRM but the course is run by Manchester school of environment education and development and not by MBS. Is this HRM equally good and as the ones from MBS, should I really go for it just because the university is reputed.
I'm from an engineering background so bath rejected my application, most schools ask for ug in business, but I've been offered a place in the following universities too
Strathclyde Business School.
University of Liverpool.
University of Leicester.
University of Manchester. ( HRM and development)
Queen Mary University.
University of Lancaster.

Bath was the only university that I applied and was rejected.
I'm Indian and strathclyde offered me international HRM ( non CIPD ) since it's not required. Uom HRM and development too is not CIPD accredited
Is CIPD accreditation really important. Do PhDs, jobs require CIPD.

Now I'm in a perplex situation it's very difficult for me reconcile between UOM and strathclyde.
Secondly what's the difference between UOM and MBS in HRM. Are both the degrees gonna be seen equal.
