How to apply for maintenance loan for final year?

Hi, I'm going into my final year of university this year and have only ever applied for/received tuition fee loans. This year, I want to apply for a maintenance loan too.

I've already signed and sent off my declaration form, as it said to do so even if changes need to be made, and my tuition fee loan has been approved. I've been on the Student Finance website and can't see any option to change my application or apply for a maintenance loan as well. I've also clicked on the link to start a new application and it won't let me make another one for higher education.

Does anyone know how to apply for a maintenance loan when you've already had your tuition fee loan approved?
