Hey guys, I'm looking at studying in the UK for a masters in International Relations. I've applied to King's College London for MA in IR and SOAS for MA in International Studies and Diplomacy; I also wanted to apply to LSE for their MSc in IR but sadly the applications were already done (I decided a little late that I want to study in the UK). I've already received my offer letter from SOAS. I also was thinking of applying to LSE for MSc in International Relations Theory and was wondering what is that degree worth for one who is not sure about going into research?
My question to you guys is which of the three is better (both academically and for employability)? I know LSE has a top three ranking in the world and I would really like to go there too but does the ranking system really matter so much?
What are your opinions? Also, should I apply for the theory of IR course at LSE?

Any areas within IR you are interested in? Compare it with concentration at each IR programme as they are vastly different. What are your educational and professional goals? What is your educational/work background, home or overseas student?

Hi Tcannon, sorry for not mentioning those things earlier. I'm from India and I have done my undergrad in Mass Media. In the future I would like to pursue a career in the field of conflict resolution and peacebuilding. All three colleges have unique and interesting modules, like KCL has War and Media which I find extremely fascinating coming from a media background myself. So this is making it all the more confusing...
