Do you have (or have ever had) a bf/gf

Poll

Have you got/had a bf/gf?

I was just curious because a lot of people I know don't and never had so I wondered about all you peeps.
I don't need to know specifics or names or anything if you are embarresed to tell people that you haven't. (or you have but it failed).

I personally never have had a girlfriend and don't care, it is better to wait for the right girl than rush to get one that will just break your heart.

The right one you find? Has a good chance of breaking your heart.

Ok...what are you gonna with the results of the poll? This is equivalent to stopping random people on the street and asking them whether they have/had a g/f/b/f-pointless:rolleyes:

he'd call himself my boyfriend. i'd rather call him a plaything, you know, something to pass the time.

Had bf's been left heartbroken but soon got over it personally i'm happier single atm as flirting is a great hobby which is fun and exciting and plus i dont need to deal with the heartbreak later when i go off to university like most of my friends are facing which is very upsetting for them and for me to have 2 put up with on nights out. :p:

You were chastising people for masturbating within a relationship in another thread right?

If so I think you should be less forceful with your arguing on such things until you have more experience in the matter. Not to say your opinion doesn't count, just that it's not very informed.

Best of luck.

The best guy ever broke your heart? ****, what does that say about the rest of us?

I'm fairly sure her opinion is incredibly informed. Through, you know, 'emotions'. For most relationships her opinion might well be *******s (or it might not, who knows), but for any relationship she can comfortably see herself taking part in, she would see masturbating as a bad thing.

How old are you? Bear in mind a lot of the people here are 16+.

Emotions within a relationship are pretty difficult to assess when you've never been in one. Just like my opinion on guilt after killing someone is pretty uninformed.

The way you see relationships before and after being in one in my experience changes completely.

So, no, her opinion is not incredibly informed, unless I've missed something and she's actually Trisha; which in itself would be worrying.

this is interesting, like half the people in my year (11) are raving about sex and oral and stuff yet a good 30% havnt had a girlfriend. i think its good though because if its all about loosing virginity and that it stops people caring about eachother. bravo all those people waiting!

Probably that there is someone who is not the best but the most amazing guy out there waiting for me?!

I would have waited it's just the perfect person happened to come along when I was 16. If I'd chosen to wait then I would have lost him and been sad.

Everyone keep looking! Be proactive!

No I'm not with anyone right now *sigh* had a very very short-term one who was just a cruel mean guy (why do they seem nice when you first meet them?) and since then, except for my male mates, I only seem to encounter horrible creepy guys. No fair.

Perhaps because at first glances you've no idea either who they are, or how many displaced orphan migrants they've sacrificed to their god. (For example.)

In answer to the O.P.: 'kinda' ('bf' excepted).

I know that age does come into this, however it is entirely possible to enter into a relationship at any age (within reason) if emotionally one is mature enough. However I have observed that the people most emotionally mature are the ones not in a relationship.
