I have a lot of stuff I can't get off my mind. Like nothing that bad but it can really affect my concentration and I don't really feel I have anyone I can speak to about it. I really don't know what to do.

The best thing to do is to find someone you can talk to. Even if it's just some random person, getting problems off your chest and hearing things from somebody else's viewpoint and opinion can really help. Speaking of which, feel free to send me a message and chat.
Hope all gets better soon.

You just have to give it time. It will pass with time. Until then, just try not to focus on negative thoughts and feelings too much, that's my advice. Look, you need to pick yourself up. Man up, alright? You will win this in the end. It's all about heart, and character. Be your best self.

I second the above post, OP
Just try to take some time out away from everything every once in a while. And feel free to PM me if you want to talk

If you're at college or uni, see if there's a counselling service available. You could always write it down or create an anonymous blog.
