please quote me if you can. certain foods help enhance brain performance. Especially good fats as the brain is about 70-80% fat so you need to fuel it. Things like grass fed butter, krill oil, pastured eggs, good fatty grass fed beef. As for supplements there is a wide variety of them with varying effects. Although a healthy balanced diet is necessary, it doesn't always mean you are getting your micro-nutrients which is why the existence of supplements.

Ever felt sluggish after having too much sugar or carbs or starch? Thats what I mean0
