i fancy my bro's best m8, they live together in a flat in london. But he is 23 years old and i'm sixteen. Does anyone think the age difference is too much...? I'm really confused about this.......

I think it is. I think you'd be better off with somebody your own age. His mates would probably take the piss if he went out with a 16 year old..

your brother would probably disapprove, does he feel the same, or is this just a one way thing?
The age difference may not seem a lot, but believe me at that stage in your life it is. Plus if you broke up it'd make it awkward to go see your brother.

Plus his friends would call him a nonce, even if you aren't underage.

i completely agree with the others, it appears to be too complicated... too many obvious issues -friends with brother, age diff, etc. HOWEVER, if you both do realy like each other, then i supose it could work-but if you do go down that track, be aware of consequences. and do talk to your bro about it first

hmm, it can work out.
my boyfriend now is my best friends brother, and we are all ok.. it was a bit weird at the start of the relationship, but things seem to have settled down now, thankfully.
but i'm not sure about the age gap, it is quite large.. :s-smilie:
yeah thats a big age gap especially in the terms of maturity

You only fancy him because he's older. It's an infatuation you will get over it. If I were 23 no way would I even talk to a 16 year old. Its asking for trouble
