Have a look on 'TheProteinWorks' website, they do some good stuff, and BCAA Ultra 5:1:1 should satisfy your needs. Don't trust eBay for this **** bro, quality is everything.

Which of these do you recommend? They are a bit high for my student budget though. Are there more economical, yet decent brand, alternatives?

From what I can gather with BCAAs is that there is plenty in brotein powder, you may need them if you're doing stuff like fasted cardio or intermittent fasting and training on an empty stomach. You seem like a noob, buy more food instead.

So they are not necessary? :o: I am looking for the fastest gains especially for my biceps. I am satisfied with my chest and abs at the moment... it's just the biceps are so small in proportion!

What should I do?
