Make sure you wear cotton underwear, nothing with man made fibres.
I'm a bit drier than usual for a few days after I've been on my period and that makes it a bit itchy.

Yes, sometimes high blood sugar levels cause thrush that goes away as soon as they stabilize, and sugar levels can react to your hormones...

Maybe get a blood glucose test done...

do any other girls on here get kinda a bit itchy and a bit sore for a couple of days every month around their labia and around their clit....i have some cream that soothes it called vagisil, but its still a pain in the arse....

I can get itchiness a few days after my period but i usually goes away quite quickly. Just make sure you wash properly and see how it goes. If it carries on you might want to consider seeing a doctor.
